Our luxury design services from consultation to co - ordination are shaped around each individual client and project needs. Spruce Interiors is a full design service studio focusing on mid to high end residential & commercial properties in The Lake District and neighbouring areas.
Being surrounded by such picturesque scenery, we often find that nature is our biggest inspiration. It has been proven that bringing the outside in, can lower stress levels and have a positive impact on your wellbeing and mindset. We understand how interior design can impact your lifestyle and create a tranquil living environment. Each project is tailored around an individuals personality, needs and their lifestyle.
We enjoy working on a wide variety of projects from private homes to commercial contracts such as hotels, restaurants and cafe’s. Our wealth of interior knowledge and a well trusted supply chain, we can achieve the clients needs and desires for their home or business. Not only do we enjoy the larger scale projects but we also have a big love for soft furnishings, assistance with paints, colour schemes and furniture.
There are some key stages that we follow on each project to ensure the interior vision is seen through accurately. We thrive on attention to detail and want to make this journey as smooth as possible so that you can go day to day knowing that your home is in good hands.
The Process
Consultation
It will be at this initial stage of your journey that we will meet and focus on what needs to be done to bring the design vision to life. It is important for us to fully understand your ideas so this is a great time to give us as much information as possible. After the initial consultation a more in depth consultation will be arranged for a walk - through of each room will be measured and detailed ideas will be noted. From here on a brief of the project will be sent across to you on which it needs to be signed off in order for the design phase to commence.
Conceptual Design
From this stage we will put together a general design scheme and space layout for your project. We will back this up with 2D drawings, example images, fabric and finish ideas and a general mood for your space.
Technical Design
The technical drawings will now be produced, including spacial planning, lighting, joinery and plumbing schedules. We will provide in depth 3D imagery, mood boards which include fabrics, materials and finishes.
Design Management
Next we take away that pressure off of having to source all the tradesman yourself. We liaise with new and existing tradesmen and contractors to put together the best team for the job! We meet with all the trade involved in the project and go over in detail the design process and how to achieve the vision.
Procurement
Proposal and procurement of furniture, fixtures and equipment. We deal with all the orders, deliveries and returns where necessary so that you don’t have to!
Project Management
We take away the stresses from you by conducting regular site visits and making sure everything runs as smooth as possible.
Install & Dressing
This final stage is where you will see the whole vision come to life! This stage includes the dressing of your home or business before we hand stover to you to enjoy.
Mini Design
Service
Looking for some Interior Design advise but not looking to commit to the full design process? We can shape any service around you, whether you need help with paint colours, soft furnishings, space planning or furniture advise. We offer our Mini Design Service snd tailor it around whatever requirements you may have. You can use our expert advise in any way that you need for the consultation time. This Service includes the following:
3 hour in depth at home consultation
Receive a round up brief of everything discussed
Mood-board/samples to help you source your own fabrics, paints, wallpapers and furnishings
Can supply all items through Spruce Interiors if required
Further charges will apply for extra time spent
Made To
Measure Service
We offer a made to measure design service. This includes curtains, blinds and soft furnishings such as cushions and throws. This service includes the following:
A visit to your home or business, take the relevant measurements and then discuss fabric options.
We will supply you with a sample box after the consultation with your fabric options.
